daily chemicals. It adopts a high-precision servo metering pump and
two filling methods with filling plugs, ensuring high filling
accuracy, no overflow, and no dripping during operation—effectively
reducing product waste.
Equipped with a precise servo motor for cap rotation, the cap
tightening torque can be directly adjusted by computer, ensuring
the tightness of the cap and avoiding leakage. The QNZLD-A model
boasts excellent technical parameters: filling range of 50-350ml
(customizable), packing speed of 3000-3500 bags/h, gas consumption
of 0.55m³/min, power of 5kw, voltage of 220V 50Hz, dimension of
