This automatic piston filling machine is a precision filling equipment designed for food processing plants. It works great for tomato sauce, beef sauce, broad bean paste and other viscous pastes. It also handles liquids such as beverages, wine and sugar water, and can process materials with fine particles up to 5 mm in diameter. One machine supports multiple applications to meet diversified production demands of food factories.

Equipped with 4 filling nozzles, the machine delivers stable production capacity. At the test standard of 1L water, the filling speed reaches 20–35 cans per minute. The actual speed varies with container material, size, volume and material properties for flexible mass production.

The machine adopts food-grade 304 stainless steel for outer construction, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean with no residue. It meets food hygiene requirements and avoids cross-contamination. Built-in precision anti-drip design paired with piston filling technology controls filling volume accurately, effectively reducing dripping, overflow and measurement errors for paste and viscous materials. It cuts material loss and improves finished product pass rate.

It features wide adaptability. Filling diameter ranges from 20 mm to 200 mm, and filling height from 25 mm to 300 mm, compatible with most bottles and jars. An extra bottle clamping mechanism (6000 per set) is available for narrow-mouth containers to satisfy special production needs.

The machine runs reliably with single-phase AC220V 50/60Hz power supply, total power of 1.8 kW. Working air pressure ≥0.6 MPa and air consumption is 200 L/min with controllable energy consumption, ideal for small and medium food factories.

Solid construction ensures stable operation. Net weight: 500 KG, gross weight: 620 KG. Overall dimension: 4000 × 1110 × 2070 mm. Conveyor height is 850 mm for seamless inline integration. Custom wooden export crate is provided for safe long-distance shipment, crate size 4050 × 1150 × 2130 MM (subject to actual production).
